Q: What are your store hours, and can I pick up my order?

Our online store is open 24/7, and we offer pick-up 7 days a week by appointment only at our home studio location.

Our typical weekdays pick-up times are in the morning between 8:30 - 9:00am and in the evening between 5.00 - 5:30pm.

Saturday 9:00 - 9:15am and Sunday by appointment only.

Q: Can I visit your studio to see available flowers and select my choice?

Unfortunately, we do not facilitate walk-ins for flower selection. Our studio operates exclusively as a private studio setup and is not open to the public as a store. However, you can explore our available flower options and place orders through our online platform or contact us for personalized assistance.

Q: Can I choose a different pick-up time?

Absolutely! If you need a different pick-up time, please let us know to check availability. 

We recommend pre-ordering your arrangement in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Please note that during peak seasons, our available pickup times may be restricted.

Q: Do you provide same-day delivery? 

For same-day delivery requests, kindly contact us directly to confirm availability before proceeding with checkout.

To ensure your preferred delivery time, we strongly advise placing your order ahead of time.

Typically, orders placed before 10 am will be processed either the following day or at the earliest available time.

Q: Can I request delivery at a specific time?

For specific time deliveries, please reach out to us directly to inquire about availability.

We offer on-demand delivery within a 1-hour window timeframe to accommodate your needs.

Q: What are seasonal blooms?

Seasonal blooms refer to flowers that are in season during specific times of the year.

Approximately 80% of our flower arrangements are curated using seasonal blooms, which evolve with the changing seasons and market accessibility. Our skilled florists will carefully select the freshest and finest flowers available in the market to ensure that you receive the very best quality flowers for your arrangement.

Q: Can I expect to receive the exact same flowers as shown in the pictures?

The images you see represent our previous creations and style. When you choose the value or size you prefer, you can trust us to work our magic. This means you'll receive a unique and beautiful creation every time. We believe you chose us because you appreciate our style, so simply select your preferred value or size, and let our creative expertise shine in crafting something special for you.

Q: Can I order the exact same arrangement I've seen and liked?

A: If you have a specific flower, style, color theme, and size in mind and wish to order a particular arrangement, you can provide us with a reference image. We'll carefully review your request and, subject to seasonal availability, we can provide you with a bespoke quotation. Please note that we may need to make substitutions based on market availability to ensure your arrangement is as close to your reference as possible.

Q: I saw a creation on your website; can I order it as my wedding bouquet?

We're delighted that you like our daily bouquet arrangements. While you are welcome to use our bouquet arrangements as inspiration for your wedding, please keep in mind that wedding works are more intricate. We take special care in crafting wedding bouquets using different methods and techniques. Our regular bouquets typically feature a one-sided arrangement with naked stems wrapped in our signature white paper. In contrast, wedding bouquets involve different configurations, including stem wrapping with taping and ribbons to create a more specialized look.
