Shipping and Delivery

Our standard order processing time is up to 3 business days.

Preserved or Dried arrangement can take up to 7 business days to be created. 

During peak season week (ie Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc) order processing time may take longer than usual,

we recommend to place your order well in advance.

All orders placed before 10am - where the product is available - generally will be delivered the next day or next delivery time available.

If you require specific date, please add your request date in the special request note.

For same day delivery, specific time and/or to locations further afield please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate.

Flouergardn delivers Melbourne wide via our network of experienced professional drivers and couriers.

We deliver to residential home address, office or workplace, hospital, and many other areas.

STANDARD DELIVERY WINDOW

All orders with Standard delivery rates will be delivered between 6am - 9pm using Flouergardn delivery schedule.

We can only provide delivery window if requested,

as such we won't be able to notify each recipient on the exact delivery time.

Morning Delivery Time 6am - noon

Afternoon Delivery Time noon - 6pm

Evening Delivery Time 6 - 9 pm

Please note our delivery grace period is 5 minutes where we will make an attempt to contact the recipient

(ie:  phone call or messages) during the delivery.

If you require specific time of the day, please contact us directly, we will do our best to accomodate.

Surcharge may apply for a private Courier fee on your order.

ON DEMAND DELIVERY WINDOW

All orders with On Demand delivery rates will be delivered between 1 hour window using your requested time.

Please contact us prior booking your deliver time to ensure that your preferred time is available.

Please note our delivery grace period is 5 minutes where we will make an attempt to contact the recipient

(ie:  phone call or messages) during the delivery.

 

The courier will have an authority to leave the goods unattended at the delivery
location, where we consider there to be a safe area, at your sole risk, unless you request otherwise 

If your items fail to be delivered they will be returned to Flouergardn and the additional courier fee will be passed on to you. We will then store your order in our studio, all undelivered items will be disposed at the end of the day (COB 5pm)

A new delivery time and date can be requested at another additional charge or we can offer you a pick-up at our studio address.

Please note re-delivery fee will include fee to cover return delivery to Flouergardn studio.

AUSTRALIA WIDE POSTAGE

We also offer Australia wide postage for selected items only via Australia Express Post.

Our website default shipping cost is AUD 19.95 up to 3kg.

Where order exceed 3kg, maximum size and Australia Post limitation,

we will separate the order accordingly and notify you for extra shipping cost.

You will be notified via email once your order is ready or has been dispatched.

Due to COVID-19, we may experience some shipping delays and orders may take longer than usual.

Please refer to the item list below for all eligible product via Australia Post or contact us directly for more information. 

Flouergardn reserves the right to charge (payable by the customer) an administrative fee or extra supplies require for all non-eligible item orders made via Australia Post shipping.

Please note all fresh flowers arrangements are not eligible for Australia Wide Postage method.

Flouergardn reserves the right to charge an increased delivery charge (payable by the customer) under particular circumstances, which may include the delivery location being outside of the delivery areas listed, misspelled or incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order, or difficulty or delays caused by misleading information provided.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of product,

we do not offer return, refund or exchanges if you change your mind after placing or receiving your order. 

If you believe that the goods may be damaged or you have received the wrong item,

a response as soon as possible.
