IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Our standard order processing time is up to 3 business days.

2. Preserved or Dried arrangement can take up to 7 business days to be created. 

3. During peak season week (ie Graduation Period, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc) order processing time may take longer than usual, we recommend to place your order well in advance.

4. All orders placed before 10am - where the product is available - generally will be delivered the next day or next delivery time available.

5. If you require specific date, please add your request date in the special request note. We will contact you should your requested date/time is not available.

Flouergardn delivers Melbourne wide via our network of experienced professional drivers and couriers.

We deliver to residential home address, office or workplace, hospital, and many other areas.

STANDARD DELIVERY

All orders with Standard delivery rates will be delivered between 6am - 9pm using Flouergardn courier delivery schedule.

We can only provide an estimate delivery window, upon request,

after your order has been processed for delivery on the day

Therefore we won't be able to notify each recipient on the exact delivery time or window schedule

prior to the processing time.

Morning Delivery Time 6am - noon

Afternoon Delivery Time noon - 6pm

Evening Delivery Time 6 - 9 pm

If you require a specific time of the day, please contact us directly to schedule your On-demand delivery window.

ON DEMAND DELIVERY

On Demand Delivery method is applicable for:

- all same day deliveries

- where Standard Delivery Services has been exhausted or not available.

​

All orders with On-Demand delivery rates will be delivered using your requested time range or

between your selected 1 hour window.

Please contact us prior booking your delivery time to ensure that your preferred time is available.

DELIVERY GRACE PERIOD AND AUTHORITY TO LEAVE GOODS

1. Please note our delivery grace period is 5 minutes where we will make an attempt to contact the recipient

(ie:  phone call, email or messages) during the delivery.

2. The courier will have an authority to leave the goods unattended at the delivery location,

 where we consider there to be a safe area, at your sole risk, unless you request otherwise

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT

If your items fail to be delivered they will be returned to Flouergardn, the following procedures will be implemented:

1. an additional return courier fee will be applied and passed on to you

2. the undelivered perishable items will be stored in our studio until the end of the day (COB 5pm),

after which they will be disposed​

3. you have the option to request a new delivery time and date for an additional charge before 5pm.

Same Day Delivery - On-Demand delivery fee applies

Next Day Delivery - Standard or On-Demand delivery applies, Storage keeping fee applies  

4.Alternatively, you can opt for a pick-up at our studio address once all outstanding balances have been settled. Storage keeping fee applies for Next Day Pick Up

Flouergardn reserves the right to charge an increased delivery charge (payable by the customer) under particular circumstances, which may include the delivery location being outside of the delivery areas listed, misspelled or incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order, or difficulty or delays caused by misleading information provided.

AUSTRALIA WIDE POSTAGE

We also offer Australia wide postage for selected items only via Australia Express Post.

AUD 25 flat rate up to 3kg - Available upon request only.

​

Where order exceed 3kg, maximum size and Australia Post limitation,

we will separate the order accordingly and notify you for extra shipping cost.

​

You will be notified via email once your order is ready or has been dispatched.

​

Australia Wide postage Eligible Items:

Flouergardn reserves the right to charge (payable by the customer) an administrative fee or extra supplies require for all non-eligible item orders made via Australia Post shipping.

Please note all fresh flowers arrangements are not eligible for Australia Wide Postage method.

Please arrive on-time at your appointment time. Our pick-up grace period is 5 minutes.

Returns & Refunds

​

Due to the nature of perishable products,

we do not offer return, refund, return or exchanges if you change your mind after placing or receiving your order. 

Please choose your order carefully.

Under particular conditions, Flouergardn reserves the right to offer you Store Credit at their discretion.
