Perfect for weddings, hens parties, birthdays, corporate events, brand activations, baby showers, and private gatherings, our Bloom Bar transforms flowers into an interactive styling feature and guest experience. We curate a beautifully styled Bloom Bar using premium seasonal blooms as part of your event décor. Guests are invited to select their favourite flowers and create a mini bouquet or posy to take home — a thoughtful keepsake from your celebration. What’s Included • Bloom Bar styling & setup using your provided table/space • Premium seasonal blooms, fillers & foliage • White display vessels or Clear vases & floral tools • Wrapping paper or flower bags with ribbon selection • Guest take-home bouquets or posies • 1-day hire of vessels & tools Essential Bloom Bar — $600 + GST 5 floral displays + 20 wraps with ribbon or 20 flower bags Guests may create either: • Trio Bouquets from approx. 3 stems each — up to 40 wraps, or • Petite Bouquets from approx. 5–7 stems each — approximately 20 wraps From approximately $15–30 per guest depending on bouquet size. Signature Bloom Bar — $945 + GST 8 floral displays + 35 wraps with ribbon or flower bags Guests may create either: • Trio Bouquets from approx. 3 stems each — up to 70 wraps, or • Petite Bouquets from approx. 5–7 stems each — approximately 35 wraps From approximately $13–27 per guest depending on bouquet size. Grande Bloom Bar — $1,250 + GST 12 floral displays + 50 wraps with ribbon or flower bags Guests may create either: • Trio Bouquets from approx. 3 stems each — up to 100 wraps, or • Petite Bouquets from approx. 5–7 stems each — approximately 50 wraps From approximately $12–25 per guest depending on bouquet size. Add-Ons & Upgrades • Extra 20 Flower Wraps or Flower bags - from $10 + GST • Basket Setup — from $20 + GST ea • Flowers Only (No Foliage) — from $50 + GST • Premium Floral Upgrade — from $150 + GST • Extra Flowers (2 Buckets) — from $200 + GST • Pack-Down Service — from $50 + GST • After-Hours Pack-Down — from $80 + GST Important Information • After-hours (before 10am / after 3pm) & Sundays: 10% surcharge • Public holidays & peak floral seasons: 15% surcharge • Additional charges may apply for venues outside 20km of Melbourne CBD, hotels, or venues with loading/parking restrictions • Events 60km+ from Melbourne CBD require a minimum spend of $1,500 + GST Please note: The Bloom Bar is designed as a self-guided, interactive floral experience for guests to enjoy at their own pace.
